1. About a criterion for selection of the business operator.

It is very easy to enter into this industry so that the number of business operators has been dramatically increasing. Therefore, we insist that ministries, agencies, and municipalities should set and reconsider a criterion for the selection of the business operator. Also, we appeal that they should use the nearest graveyard as a part of resident service.

2. Bidding system for purchase.

A municipality is paid for a cremation service by a surviving family, and a municipality earns money from a sales of cremation ashes. We insist that this does ignore people's religious susceptibilities, so we also insist that municipalities should abolish the bidding system for purchase of cremation ashes.

3. Emergency action at the time of disaster.

At the time of disasters such as an earthquake and typhoon, we observe the direction of the government and municipalities.
